Dear Dove House

Three years ago Mrs B*** was in need of finding a care home. She was having mood swings to the point that her previous care home did not want her anymore. Natasha and her crew gratefully accepted her and immediately started digging into why Mrs. B*** had been so moody. It was not long after that they discovered that she was suffering from an ongoing infection that altered her whole disposition. Once this was was discovered and treated she was back to normal.

The Dove House gives a wide range of rooms and experiences and the staff try really hard to look after their clients. You can tell the staff do care about their clients. If it wasn't for them our only alternative at the time may have been long term extended care with multiple clients in one room and an "institutional" type environment.

Dove House offers individual rooms and a homey setting for those people able to afford something above basic institutional care. They also manage to keep their core group of employees year after year which only benefits their clients.

We appreciate the efforts they have gone to in order to keep Mrs. B***'s lifestyle very acceptable.
